The Employer agrees to pay the non-refundable agency registration admin fee of R350 before any interviews commence. The registration fee is valid for a period of time not exceeding 6 months. The Full Placement Payment is due before the employee starts probation period. The Employer agrees to the following placement fees as stipulated below: Blue Package: R1600 Green Package: R3000 Purple Package: R4000 The above mentioned placement fees will include the following: Blue Package: All background checks done Interview 3 candidates Contract drawn up Green Package: All background checks done Interview up to 4 candidates Contract drawn up Pay slip and Leave form templates sent 1 replacement (should it not work out with your first choice) in the first 3 months 2 Courses of your choice. Purple Package: All background checks done Interview up to 5 candidates Contract drawn up Pay slip and Leave form templates sent 2 replacements (should it not work out with your first choice) in the first 3 months 3 Courses of your choice. UIF Registration There will be a 3 month probation period within the Employer and Employee’s contract to safe guard both the employer and the employee. Should the Employer or Employee wish to terminate the contract within the 3 month probation period a labour consultant will advise on the legal procedure for both parties. Should the contract be terminated within the 3 month probation period, North Coast Nannies will attempt to place a new candidate of the Employers choice with the Employer according to the selected package. (please note only green and purple package allows for this.) Should the Employee have grounds for termination of their contract due to abuse, racism, or illegal working conditions and the labour consultant finds evidence of this, North Coast Nannies will have the right to terminate this said contract with immediate effect with out refund. North Coast Nannies will do all background checks, reference checks and ensure all information supplied by nanny/housekeeper is correct. Once this contract has been signed, full payment made and employee placed and work has commenced, should the employer change their mind, there is no refund. North Coast Nannies will put forward more candidates to interview as per point 8 above. Should the Employer choose not to interview or select anyone else from North Coast Nannies there will be no refund. Once both parties (Employer and Employee) are in agreement of employment conditions, and placement fee has been paid to North Coast Nannies, t the Permanent Contract between Employer and Employee will be drawn up and sent to the employer for both parties to sign on the first day of work. The employer agrees to send North Coast Nannies a copy of the signed contract for filing purposes. NO courses will be attended (if candidate has not done them already) nor will contracts or UIF registration be done if FULL PAYMENT has not be received by North Coast Nannies.
